The elevator makes it easy to bring in your bags, gear and groceries. Living room features a 42 inch flatscreen with BlueRay/DVD plus a gas fireplace. Enjoy the covered deck in winter or summer. Free private WiFi and cable with ESPN. Fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals. Dining area seats 6\. Walk down the deck stairs directly to the lawn and lakeshore for winter or summer play. The Summit County Rec Path is just out front for walking or biking. It's even plowed in the winter so you can stroll and enjoy the views. Bedding Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen. \~ 2 Queens, private bath in master \~ Queen Sofabed in living room with hall half-bath. Parking 2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use. Location Great central location with easy access to I-70\. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to the Coffee Lab, Pug Ryans brewpub, restaurants and bars at Dillon Ridge or in the Dillon Core and bowling. Enjoy the Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon from Jan-Mar. Less than 5 minutes to City Market supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets and shops. Location and views can’t be beat. So nice that there were 2 real beds. They were comfortable. Plenty of plates and kitchen ware, nice shower/tub, plush soft carpet, spacious bedroom, enough places to sit in the main area, warm fireplace, comfortable couch and chairs, nice size kitchen, 2 tvs, amazing views of mountains and lake, and access to the lake from the back sliding door (there are stairs down from the back porch). This unit does have a little wear. Carpet has some stains, bed headboards are broken, dishwasher not working properly, some dated decor… but nothing that was a dealbreaker. It appears that things are being updated little by little. Overall, it was an amazing stay with so many things to do right around the area. ##### Sara A. Definitely need to enforce a quiet time between 10pm and 8 am. Children were yelling and running up and down the walkways and the bedroom being where they are this makes it VERY difficult to relax and sleep even you wanted to! The rollaway bed that was promised to us for our stay was not in the room when we arrived as promised. Luckily, we had one of our guest not come after all so it wasn’t needed. Being a 1 bedroom but with 2 queen beds allows it to accommodate more people comfortably. The view and location are fantastic. It was clean and ready for our stay with a nice TV. The not so good: the WIFI is awful! There is no excuse for this in 2016/2017\. We ate in 2 meals a day most every day and the kitchen supplies needs replacement/upgrade. The mattress on the pullout couch is not usable unless maybe your a 6 year old. Because of the layout, If you have more than 2 people (we had 4 adult males), the fireplace is unusable. The hot tub smelled as if it was a fish pond. We've stayed at several different places in the area over the years so when I booked for the Holidays I thought the price was fair. Because of the shortcomings I felt it was overpriced by several hundred dollars for the week. It was a decent place to sleep but for the price I paid I would not stay here again. ##### David M.
