This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom second-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a king bed in the primary suite, two queen beds, and a twin bunk—ideal for families or groups. Step out onto the private balcony to take in unobstructed views of Lake Dillon and the majestic mountains that surround it. Whether you're sipping morning coffee or enjoying a sunset drink, the outdoor seating offers a front-row seat to nature’s beauty.  
  
In the summer, take a short stroll to the nearby marina where you can dine and relax at the lively Tiki Lounge or rent a paddleboard, kayak, or canoe from the rental shack and explore the calm lake waters. In the winter, you’re just a quick drive away from top ski resorts like Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge—making this a year-round destination.  
  
Inside, the cozy living room features ample seating around a warm wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for two. The adjacent dining area seats up to six for shared meals and memories.  
  
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, private balcony access, and a full en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and private washer and dryer for added convenience. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo has a great location with beautiful views and beach access. Condo is definitely older and not as spacious as pictures are shown. Pretty pricey for a summer rental.
