The place was as pictured and it was sufficiently big enough for the three of us staying there. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and the bed (and the futon) were comfortable. It was close to town where we could grab dinner and was also an easy drive to both Keystone and Vail for our ski days. The kitchen/bar set up was great for breakfast and coffee. Unfortunately, we also had a few issues: we were unable to control the thermostat (we had it on "60" the whole time but the condo was at 79 degrees both nights we stayed which was way too hot), the deck was piled with about a foot of snow when we arrived and so we had no access to it to enjoy the view, the condo was on the third floor which was unexpected (we were fine walking up and down it but definitely was an inconvenience with luggage and ski equipment), the cable only worked on a few channels and the wifi was extremely weak (not usually a big deal, but I had a couple of unhappy campers when we missed the football games this weekend). The only other issue we had was the lack of hot tub, which to the owner's defense is not listed as an amenity. However, I would recommend removing the hot tub portion from the "welcome/info book." While the welcome book was helpful to us for everything else, we saw the directions to get to the hot tub so we assumed it had just been left out of the description here. We took the multiple steps listed to find/get to the hot tub only to find it was locked and unavailable to us. While none of these things ruined our trip by any means, I did want to bring them to light in hopes that they can be fixed or improved for future guests.
