### Beautiful 2-Bedroom Condo Overlooking Lake Dillon!

Perched on the second floor, this unit offers direct sweeping views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. Centrally located to several ski areas, Lake Dillon, and plenty of dining and shopping, this is a perfect basecamp for mountain exploration. The clubhouse has a heated pool and hot tubs. Inside, the open floor plan creates a warm and welcoming space with a cozy living area featuring a gas fireplace and smart TV. The adjacent dining area seats six, and the breakfast bar adds room for four more, making it easy to gather for meals or game nights. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals during your stay.  
  
Located in Dillon Bay Condos, this is central to everything Summit County has to offer and close to downtown Dillon, Keystone Ski Resort, the bike path, Summit County Rec Path and Silverthorne. Enjoy all the dining and shopping of Silverthorne and Dillon in less than 5 minutes drive. Keystone Ski Resort is 10 minutes away. In the summer, Dillon Marina and the Recpath are just across the street. Summit County maintains an extensive paved Recreational Pathway System, commonly known as the Recpath, with 55 miles of trail leading all around Summit County and to the top of Vail Pass to enjoy biking, walking, and hiking. There is a clubhouse for the neighborhood with a heated pool and hot tub.   
  
There is a private deck with seating and outdoor dining table for lake side al fresco dining or apres happy hour. Enjoy the stunning views of Lake Dillon, Peak One, Buffalo and Red Mountains, and the Ten Mile Range. At night, the deck is perfect for star gazing and viewing the moons reflection in Lake Dillon. There is a one car garage for parking plus additional parking in the outdoor lot.   
  
The primary bedroom offers a Queen bed and private en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes two Full size beds and its own en suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Step outside to the spacious deck, where outdoor seating invites you to sip your morning coffee or unwind while soaking in the incredible lake and mountain views.  
  
This condo is the perfect cozy Dillon retreat for relaxation and adventure alike.
