The kitchen is very well equipped and supplied. Having the separate area downstairs would be great for families or extended families with kids. The only glitch was the check in process. We could not get the lockbox open, so spent 45 minutes waiting outside in the fog and wind, and talking with the property manager. Eventually they called back and said that they had changed the lockboxes recently and had not updated their check in procedure with the new code. Once that was resolved, our stay was wonderful. Very responsive management and owner. The neighborhood is very hilly and the teens walked up and back to the beach. Easy walk to beach and the all important General Store. Ample parking which was key for the summer when the beach crowds arrive. The parking is also great if you have a larger vehicle, which can be tight with other Dillon properties. House is clean and comfortable. Views from balcony are gorgeous. Nicely updated kitchen.
