Wir konnten problemlos ein anderes Appartment bekommen, als das zuerst angebotene nicht behindertengerecht war. Sehr unzufrieden aber waren wir mit der Leistung von FeWo-Direkt! In der Anzeige von FeWo-Direkt wurde weder die genaue Bezeichnung des Aparthotels angegeben noch weitere Informationen über die Wohnung. Die finanzielle Abwicklung erfolgte über Leavetown, so dass es für uns keine Informationen über das Hotel gab und es uns nicht klar war, dass es sich um ein Aparthotel handelte. Die Fotos waren sehr allgemein. So war z.B. auf dem Foto eine Kaffeemaschine, die nicht in der Wohnung war. Es gab zwar eine Küche, jedoch ohne Spülmittel, Geschirrtüchern, Ablagefläche zum kochen, Backofen oder die Möglichkeit, sich einen kaffee zu kochen. Da wir nicht für 18,- pro Person frühstücken wollten, mussten wir Kaffee und Croissants von außerhalb holen. Der Kühlschrank war vereist, so dass der Käse gefror. Im Badezimmer roch es aus dem Abfluss, was sich erst nach ein paar Tagen Benutzung gab. Die Tür zur Toilette ging nur auf und zu, wenn man sich in den Zwischenraum zwischen Toilette und Wand stellte. Wir haben das Appartement für eine Woche gemietet. In dieser Zeit kam uns ein Hotelservice, wie Betten machen, Reinigung oder Müllentleerung,nicht zugute. Dafür musste man extra bezahlen.
