« Nous avons fait une réservation de dernière minute. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'impression de déranger le personnel en plein service de table car pas de réception, nous nous sommes débrouillés pour accéder à notre chambre. Cette dernière est agréable mais des boules de poussière volaient de ci de là, la salle de bains est ancienne mais propre. »

"une tache pégueuse sur la table de chevet n'a jamais été enlevée de notre séjour, Des amis avaient une chambre dans un autre étage ils avaient une Nespresso, nous non. des travaux de façade ont été effectués avec un échafaudage devant notre fenêtre avec des ouvriers qui passaient devant. enfin les ouvriers ont collé un film plastique sur la fenêtre se qui fait que nous n'avons pu ouvrir la fenêtre que le premier jour. Nous ont ils fait payer le fait que nous sommes passés par hotels.com au lieu du direct comme nos amis?"
