It smells like a scam around Carnival, though we were not there for carnival. Buyer beware as you may show up and they may have no record of your booking (wink wink) then try to charge you nearly a thousand US per night. Shameful. Then when called on it the hotel manager, after admitting a 'glitch' must have cancelled the reservation, denies via email that there was ever any evidence of an issue. Never in all my days...
