Once I got here , it have beautiful view and I didn’t expect to be able to get on top to see better view , also I would warn yall to watch yall steps. The stairs into the house were missing boards and rotten, causing us to trip and slip several times. The outside trash cans were overflowing with old garbage and spread around the parking area and yards. There were hundreds of maggots on the ground from the old trash that we had to step on to get in and out of the car or to the stairs. There 3rd story balcony was missing rails to prevent from falling off the house. Broken refrigerate with paper towels shoved in the dispenser to absorb leaking water. Wads of hair on shower wall, stains and smudges on bedspread and pillows. Mattress wrapped in plastic on kitchen/dining room floor, roaches inside and out. Property owner asked for feedback about our stay in bullet points, then did not respond to the issues we experienced. It has not been honored, but since the place was filthy, damaged, and unkempt, I requested a refund on the cleaning fee and the SURPRISE $90 “property damage insurance” they tacked onto the fees that I wasn’t expecting. ##### Charlotte T.
