Private: natural garden 2'000 m2\. 1.2 km long bumpy motor access to the house (1.2 km via unmade road). Stepped path (8 steps) to the house. Width of access road: 220 cm. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 10.2 km, sandy beach "Diano Marina" 3.5 km. Please note: car recommended.  
"Gravel's House", 2-room house 70 m2\. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Balcony 15 m2, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the countryside.
