"I stay at The Nugget a few times a month as a ‘weekend getaway’ to sleep and just relax. it’s always quiet, clean and staff is great. I order room service from Rosie’s and food has always been hot and delicious on arrival. 10/10 recommend, whether you’re coming from out of town or you’re a local and just need a ‘stay-cation’ The Nugget is the pace to go. "

"Emergency alarm went off during the extremely early morning, no personnel to coordinate or assist guests, nor assisting trapped disable guest on upper floors. Single hotel staff memeber doing job of many required staff members. No instructions after event was over from staff, to guests to be able to return to our rooms. "

"Whitney Peak was amazing. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are really nice, and the location is perfect if you want to walk around downtown Reno. The staff was friendly and everything felt really comfortable and easy. I also loved the vibe of the place, it feels modern but still really relaxed. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed in Reno and I would 100% come back."

"one bed sheet was not changed，with dirty marks and a couple of long hairs，because we arrived at hotel around 11 pm we were tired so didnt bother to call the front desk，this is the reason i dont give 5 stars"

"Easy to get to and from the airport. All the staff was very pleasant, and very helpful. I have no sense of direction whatsoever, so I was constantly getting lost in the casino, and people were so nice that they would even walk me to what I was looking for. I never had any fear of going off on my own because of this. Lots of restaurants, a few amenities, coffee, nice things that count a lot when you’re not leaving the property. I appreciated that. Decent with gluten-free requests, which I also appreciate!"
