"Our host was awesome, emails on things to see, rental cars, ways to dodge tourist traps, etc. Never had someone communicate so well. As for the property itself, probably 3.5/5 - The walkways are covered in moss, ponds are not kept up well, pools are missing tiles and sections are haphazardly repaired, service pool side was slow, restaurants were mediocre at best with similar service level issues, sushi dinner took 2 hours for example, no drink refills (not even for water). "Washer flooded condo, dryer did not work, luke warm or no hot water for 5 days, out of order plumbing fixtures on site, broken beach elevator and beach covered in weeds. Staff disinterested in many cases in our interactions. Roaches from under the toilet if a light was not left on at night."
