### Charming Renovated House with Garden, Near Loire Valley Castles

All-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax). Beautiful, fully renovated millstone house surrounded by a large garden. On the ground floor (raised, access via several steps): living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.30 m), shower room (independent access + access from the bedroom), small dressing room, TV/games lounge, toilet. Upstairs: toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m), 1 bedroom (2 old beds 1.20 m), shower room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.30 m), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m). In each bedroom, ceiling fan against the summer heat. Beds made. Located 200m from the village, you have at your disposal 1 bakery, 2 grocery stores, a butcher's and a tobacconist. There is also a doctor's office, 2 hairdressers, a traditional restaurant and 2 cafes. Nearby in the village: a pizzeria, a kebab shop, caterers. Dogs are allowed (not cats), however please ensure that they do not access the upper floor. Non-smoking accommodation. It is in the village of Dhuizon that you will be welcomed in this cottage, in a large house that is very practical and ideal for large families. Located in the middle of castles, you will live like kings in Loir-et-Cher! Between the castle of Chambord at 10km, the castle of Talcy at 25km, the castle of Fougères-sur-Bièvre at 27km, the castle of Villesavin… the choice is yours! You will spend an enriching and exotic holiday with family or friends in this cottage. Ideally located in the countryside in a quiet environment, you can still easily travel around the region thanks to its location.  
  
The price does not include: CHARGING YOUR ELECTRIC VEHICLE IS NOT ALLOWED IN THIS ACCOMMODATION.
