« Staff for the majority was great, there was unfortunately no pool access, great bed and western amenities. Felt safe and secure most of the trip, giving 3 stars because a male staff member was able to access our room and came in one night at midnight, not sure what the intent was but they left when my husband yelled in the dark for them to leave. »

« I cam back to Space to finish my trip. Hasna, from Executive Sales, saw my previous review about the overhead noise in Room 804\. She said Space would have changed my room if I requested. She was nice and professional. It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired. I appreciate her concern and thanked her. That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room. »

« Excellent in all respects- I have experience of different premium quality hotels in Dhaka and Platinum Grand was far superior. Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. « We've stayed here before, and it was excellent this time as well. They have a variety of breakfast options, and will make omelettes and waffles to order. Staff are always hospitable and willing to help, whether by bringing your bags to the room after a long day of travels, or helping to book a cab. The room and bed were clean.
