Welcome to 9 Saulsbury Street in Dewey Beach! This charming ocean-block cottage is your perfect coastal escape, just steps from the sand. With two bedrooms, a recently updated full bathroom, and room to comfortably sleep up to six guests, it's an ideal spot for a small family or group looking for both relaxation and easy access to everything Dewey has to offer. Inside, the open-concept living area blends a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and cozy living room, and flows right out to a screened porch and fenced-in patio—great for morning coffee, evening breezes, or letting your pup enjoy some outdoor time. Amenities include central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower for post-beach rinses, and assigned parking for one vehicle. Located in the lively heart of Dewey Beach, you're a short walk to local restaurants, bars, and entertainment, so you can park once and enjoy the town on foot. Please note that linens are not provided (rental packages are available). This home is pet-friendly with up to two dogs allowed for a $30 per dog, per day fee and a signed pet addendum; no cats permitted.   
  
Damage Waiver Information  
Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout. This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer.
