Amazing off season rates! Beautiful bay and sunset views!! Come enjoy sweeping views of Rehoboth Bay in this fully renovated condo that enjoys spectacular sunsets! Sleeps four adults with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and sits just one block from the ocean! Very large balcony that overlooks Rehoboth bay which can be accessed from both the living room and bedroom. The unit also includes a pool for those days when you don't want to head to the beach. Two assigned parking spots (one under cover), washer/dryer, elevator access and walkable to everything Dewey has to offer. No smoking, not accepting pets. The condo is located in South Dewey away from the crowded and festive downtown area. Great little bay beach right next door behind the Hyatt Place and Lighthouse restaurant. The ocean beach is across coastal highway at the far end of Collins. We had terrible weather but caught a few bright spots during our stay so no complaints. The condo is nice and spacious with plenty of room for two people. After spending more time than expected inside due to weather, we think the unit could use a little TLC and updating. We had the absolute best time at this beautiful condo. The place was so nice and clean. We had everything we needed. We pretty much lived on the balcony. We loved the view, watching the boats, and the sunset. The restaurant next door had live music in the evening which we enjoyed listening too as well. Nancy was great to work with and prepared us great for our stay. We can’t wait to come back!! ##### Starr B. Perfect location on the quieter end of Dewey, with beautiful bay views. The small beach next door is great if you don’t want to walk the 1 block to the main beach.
