All new everything!! Tile floors throughout, including all newly tiled bathrooms & marbled vanities. High end furnishings & appliances. All new electric, plumbing & HVAC systems. Brand new beds, mattresses and box springs and all new furniture throughout. Be my guest!! Arrive at the Ocean Harbor, park your car in its designated spot and relax in this spacious and beautiful home. We have 2 designated parking spots and we provide our guests with an additional 3 parking permits good for street parking in Dewey. We have 2 beachfront Master Bedrooms each with King size beds & their own private new bathrooms . One Master is located on the 1st floor and the other is located on the 3rd floor. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms on the 3rd floor each with bunk beds; Queen on the bottom and twin on top. Sleeps 10. Location! Location! Location! Spend the days hanging out on the beach. Swimming, body surfing, rafting, skim boarding, sunbathing, people watching, book reading or napping - just having fun and enjoying the moment! We provide nice beach chairs and umbrellas for your convenience. We also provide abundance of sand toys for little kids and big kids to dig and make castles in the sand. Oceanfront views from the entire 2nd floor which is open concept . Open both sliders and step out onto the furnished deck to listen to the ocean waves crash onto the beach. Enjoy your meals at the large dining room table which seats 10\. OR choose the kitchen island with seating for 5\. Drink your morning coffee at the bar counter or on the deck while watching the waves ride in to shore. If lucky, you will spy a school of dolphins . The large Family Room provides plenty of space for conversation, games and memory making. Grab a book from the bookcase and If you MUST watch TV, we have a Premiere account with Comcast or choose a DVD from the collection. Get away from everyday life and enjoy your family and your vacation! Downtime is good! The 1st floor entry opens to a roomy foyer with a bench and plenty of room to store your beach gear . The laundry room complete with washer and dryer is located on the 1st floor. Finally, a large 1st floor Master Bedroom with a King Bed, large closet and TV. The brand new en-suite private bathroom is complete with beautiful new tiled walls and walk in shower. The bedroom has high windows that view the sandy dunes. On the open concept 2nd Floor you will find the magnificent views of the beach from any location . We provide you a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of room for many cooks, a large balcony which faces west and overlooks the parking area. We have a large dining area with a large table with seating for 10\. On the second floor, you will find the lovely and large sun filled living room with ship lap walls, a fireplace, TV , a DVD player and 2 book cases overflowing with your next good read. Two sliders open to the large balcony that overlooks the beach and ocean. The ocean can be viewed from almost every space on the 2nd floor. The 3rd Floor has a large Master Bedroom with magnificent ocean views! The beautiful a King bed offers amazing views of the ocean and beach. You will find a large closets, a TV and DVD player. The beautiful and new en suite bathroom is complete with exotic blue granite and a very large 5x7 walk-in shower. Two glass sliders open to the balcony with a breathtaking view overlooking the beach and ocean. Watch God‘s gift of the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean every morning! Gaze at the moon shining on the water each night. Which is your favorite? I choose both!! In addition, on the 3rd floor, there are 2 guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has a custom Amish made Queen size bed on the bottom and a twin bunk on top. These 2 guest rooms share a newly renovated and beautifully tiled full size hall bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The Twin bedrooms each have a shared balcony that faces west overlooking the parking area. We provide many amenities for our guests’ convenience. We provide all bed linens - the beds are made prior to your arrival by our professional cleaning crew and they are stripped after your departure. We are fully stocked with paper products including paper towel, toilet paper, tissues, napkins, kitchen dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, kitchen dish towels, bathroom hand towels, bathroom hand soap, laundry detergent tide pods, an ample supply of Keurig coffee pods and a variety of tea. We provide our guests with nice beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the kids. We have a charcoal grill and proper cooking tools should you choose to BBQ. Our front door uses a keyless entry/exit code which eliminates the hassle of carrying keys to the beach. Every guest has their own individual keyless code which expires upon departure. Take a walk thru Dewey to explore the restaurants and shops. The bay is only 1 block away from the beach at this section of town. Ride the Jolly Trolly into Rehoboth to visit the boardwalk and beach shops. Maureen went above and beyond to answer questions prior to the trip. Additionally, the place was stocked. What a nice change to not have to bring sheets and linens, coffee, or dish soap. When traveling with kids you always pack so much and having little necessities already stocked in the home made it that much more enjoyable. The place was clean, easy to find, and had a great location. We never had to get back in the car because everything was in walking distance. I've already told Maureen that we will definitely be back. We loved the endless views of the ocean from every level. You could hear the beautiful sounds of the ocean waves as you fall asleep. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and spotless. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the overall floor plan was very good for those looking to relax. The decor, furniture, and finishings were great! You can walk to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops easily. Overall our stay was impressive and we will definitely be back! Our only wish would be to have direct beach access. However, it really wasn’t a big deal to have to walk around the units to get to the beach pathway. The sunrises were spectacular, and Maureen was responsive and helpful before and during our stay.Unfortunately, after our stay, our experience was soured by a post-checkout misunderstanding regarding pet hair. We brought only one pet and followed the rules as we understood them (e.g., using blankets on furniture, etc.). Despite this, some dog hair transferred to the linen couch, and we spent considerable time cleaning it. Maureen sent text messages afterward that were inaccurate, felt unprofessional, and were disproportionate to the situation. In her texts, she accused us of having multiple pets and disregarding pet rules.We travel with pets frequently and have had no issues with other rentals/ pet policies. We think this property should either reconsider its pet-friendly designation or adjust expectations. The house is lovely, but potential pet owners should be aware of the strict standards.Were it not for this unfortunate interaction, our rating would be outstanding. The property itself is exceptional, but the post-stay communication significantly impacted our overall experience. ##### Irene P. Having rented many homes along the Atlantic coast this was by far one of the best experiences. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. We found the property in excellent condition, inside and out. The location was perfect for long walks on the beach and access to restaurants in both Dewey and Rehoboth. We stayed at Beachfront Baby for 5 nights to celebrate Thanksgiving. Just to be clear, staying on the ocean along the east coast has been our family’s tradition for Thanksgiving for the past 7 years. BY FAR, this was the best stocked, well maintained home we have rented. The floors were sand and dirt free, showers were spotless and overall condition of the home was hotel quality. I always bring staples with me to make sure I can prepare a full Thanksgiving meal while we are away. Let me tell you: this home is exactly that. I didn’t need anything! It’s has every size pan, measuring cup and even supplies enough coffee to keep me cooking all day long! The kitchen is well appointed and beautifully up to date. You can be in there all day long if you have to be but also never miss a beat because the VIEW
 Ok, that’s what you all are coming for the location - you have it as this home sits right on the ocean and two balconies allow you two enjoy the amazing view of the ocean (other balconies face away) Even is you are inside while you are here, which I imagine you may not be if you are lucky enough to visit during prime season, you have fantastic views all day long! Once it’s time for bed, I have to tell you, the beds are great too and the sheets!!

Even on days when the weather wasn’t inviting for the beach, we could still experience the beauty of the ocean from many vantage points at the house. This house is spacious and super comfortable. A lot of space for a group to spread out. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking (so well equipped and roomy) as well as for dining and playing games. Our beds were all super comfy and the bathrooms are great. Having decks on both sides and on 2 floors was great for watching the beach and the water- and for curling up in the late afternoon sun with a book.
