The apartment is one of 14 apartments housed in a beautifully restored live music venue. It retains its industrial charm with high ceilings, exposed timber beams, and polished concrete floors. All set in a secure complex. Offering on the ground floor, a modern kitchen, living & laundry spaces. Whilst upstairs the loft queen size bedroom, exudes warmth with its timber beams and high ceilings. A ceiling fan keeps the space cool in summer, and the air conditioner/heat pump ensures year-round comfort. There is also the ensuite bathroom upstairs. The open-plan living/kitchen area features a lounge, TV, and a small workspace — perfect for laptop use. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials: a coffee pod machine, microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, glasses, mugs and dinnerware. We’ve stocked basic items like milk, tea, coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil to get you started.
