"Great location and hotel for a family of 5 during spring break. The hotel was clean, spacious rooms and located in a great spot. The breakfast was delicious & kept stocked at all times. Staff was friendly, Cora made our stay extra special for our birthday girl. Definitely recommend for a family looking for a great hotel. "

"We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. Would not recommend. Do NOT stay here. "
