"I hadn’t been to Fiji for 24 years so wasn’t exactly sure what to expect but I’m so glad I chose Crusoe's Retreat. Incredibly beautiful location with wonderful staff. Loved my room with its amazing view. The resort is right next door to a village so you get to interact with everyone. Fiji can be as active or as relaxing you want it to be but everything at Crusoes forces you to slow down and relax. I loved every moment. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Make sure you take some cash though in case you want to buy something in the village as it’s an hour to the nearest town with an ATM. "

"Wow, wow and wow! Just completed 7 days at the Warwick Fiji with my family of 4 (2A 2K) The staff were beyond amazing. So friendly and accomodating. They didn’t leave any request unanswered. They went above and beyond. Room was newly renovated so it was perfect. Comfortable bed, strong shower pressure. Food so tasty and delicious. Cocktails hit the spot. Regarding price that other reviews mention... it's a resort, prices are as expected (slightly higher but normal for a 5 star resort) Special shout out to Eliki, Aposaki, Wana in the pool bar and Motuisela at reception. Your hospitality and kindness will never be forgotten. I would rate the Warwick 10 stars if I could. Will definitely be back. Bula vanaka."

"Outstanding hospitality - you can easily develop friendships with the staff that could last a life time! Wonderful location near service stations and towns, convenient parking, excellent choice of food and beverages. The only thing stopping it being perfect is the very limited wifi network."

"Have just got back from a short stay here with the family for two days. Whenever we visit Sigatoka we usually book a hotel however as there were a few of us, we decided on a villa style apartment. The villas themselves I would recommend for a short stay. They have everything you will need if wanting to cook , cooker microwave fridge and cooking pot pans and utensils. There is a tv and clean towels are provided daily. I have to mention there is no WiFi within the villas however the villas are next to a diner which does provide WiFi, this is open until 8pm. Although the villas themselves are in a quiet setting there is a supermarket and petrol station as well as a spa/beauty parlour next door to the villas. We were greeted by some really amazing staff. The property manager Hasina was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our entire stay. She was always checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed and was able to accommodate any requests we had. She was a pleasure to meet and made us extremely comfortable throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Elenoa for her hospitality and kindness during our stay. Again nothing was too much to ask for and she always ensured we were ok and would check up on us regularly. The staff here are some of the kindest and most friendly we have met and for that reason we would consider returning here for another short stay. "

"A very nice property located on the water at Pacific Harbour. About 3 hour drive to get to it but walking distance to Coral Coast Divers who conduct awesome shark dives in Beqa Lagoon. So if you're into diving it's perfect!"

"Fantastic stay, a small very quiet resort with a very personal touch. Owner extremely helpful and always available. Staff are amazing with a very personal touch. Accommodation was a rustic cabin with an open air bathroom, which gave the stay a really rural feel. If you’re looking for a modern shiny ceramic and chrome type hotel then this wouldn’t be for you. Overal a great vacation. "

"We loved our one week stay at Fiji Palms. We came to Pacific Harbour for shark diving, so the convenience of a fully self contained, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with its own laundry was perfect. It’s right next door to the marina, so we could walk to the dive shop with no problems. All the staff were wonderful - from reception to restaurant to housekeeping to their amazing gardeners. Nothing was a problem - they helped us with transfers and tours and were very friendly and knowledgable. Checking in and out was very easy. The pool was lovely, and there was a massage hut right next to it. We requested a ground floor room but if you like a view and don’t mind stairs you would easily have a sea view. Very close to Navua River tubing too. Beautiful place and we would definitely stay again."
