« We stayed at this hotel yesterday and overall had a mixed experience. The staff member Richard was very nice and helpful, and we really appreciated his customer service. He made check-in and any interactions we had pleasant. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The pool was very small and during our visit it was overcrowded with teenagers who were loud, screaming, and diving, which made it uncomfortable and stressful to use. Another concern was the room. « We found the hotel was not as clean as portrayed in pictures. Leaves everywhere, our bed/sheets were wet in some areas which was strange to us. Overall, it would’ve been a nice space if it was properly maintained and accurate to pictures »

« Close to the airport. Make sure you speak with the front desk about shuttle set up to the airport. If you fly into Detroit and go wait for your shuttle to arrive-It won’t. You need to have that set up with the front desk. Don’t try to do it when you arrive. It won’t happen. Do it in advance and be aware the numbers to the front desk are difficult to locate. I finally had to skip the shuttle and use Uber. Now I know. Call way ahead. »
