With some of the best downtown shops in the area & some great coffee shops and bars, it is sure to give you plenty to do, regardless of the weather. On Lake Sallie you can grab a bite to eat at the world famous Hotel Shoreham, or travel just a few miles to restaurants like Longbridge, Zorbaz, Bleachers, Brygge Taps & Tastes, Hub 41, Lakeside Tavern, The Fireside, & Spitfire Bar & Grill. My son loved getting to walk the short distance to the dock to fish as much as he wanted to. We rented a boat from in town and Lake Sallie was perfect for tubbing and fishing from the boat. The cottage had everything we needed to cook our meals. Having culligan water was a nice bonus. The bedrooms were on the cozy side. But there was plenty of space in the public areas for our family to gather. The kitchen has a nice size table to play games or do puzzles. Shame there is no lakeside screen door. Lake was perfect....not easy to get into but worth it. Bring a coffee pot.....cabin has only Keurig ##### Sandy R. The cabin is in a nice relaxing location, the shoreline is very shallow, but the water was clean and sandy bottom - great for swimming. We would definitely recommend this property. ##### Toby S. We loved to be able to work a little and play a little. It's a nice touch also to have a pontoon available for rent as well.
