The apartment was good - clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The area is a little run down but felt safe throughout the day and night. Only issue was that the owner was not pleased that I plugged my car into a regular outlet for charging. Never had an issue with this anywhere else, and it is not a safety hazard which the owner is claiming. The street was on the edge of a nice part of town, it felt mostly safe. The experience we had overnight was terrible - the downstairs neighbors were loud all night, keeping us up until 6am, and the house was overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana even after we opened windows to air it out. When we brought this up with the property manager he insisted we were mistaken. This property would be fine for an individual without sensitivity to noise or smoke, but would not recommend for a family. ##### Paula L.
