Play a game of pool or entertain in our expansive basement, complete with lots of seating and a theater setup! Not only a stone's throw to downtown, but also a quick drive to Royal Oak, Berkley, Ferndale, and Beaumont Hospital, this is the perfect spot for any gathering or getaway! We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us. We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule. Parking \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ We have a garage that fits 2 cars, with room for 2 - 3 additional cars in our driveway (tandem - it - blocks the garage). We are located on a safe, quiet street which also provides plenty of additional parking if you need it! To access the house, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.
