Enjoy the comfort and convenience of central air conditioning, keyless entry, and ample off-street parking for up to 3 cars. Located on a quiet and safe residential street, it's perfect for relaxation and exploration. Plus, it's pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome!  
  
Step into the modern living area, where comfortable couches and a large smart TV make it perfect for family gatherings or movie nights. Next to the living room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ready for all your culinary needs. Adjacent to the kitchen, a separate laundry and utility room with an in-unit washer and dryer offers additional storage. Three spacious and comfortable bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom with modern finishes complete the property.  
  
Desirable location in a quiet residential street that is also in the heart of Madison Heights, minutes from great restaurants, breweries, cafes, grocery stores as well as everything Royal Oak and Ferndale has to offer. Easy access to I-696 and I-75, which will take you to Downtown Detroit, Corktown, and Rivertown in under 20 minutes.  
  
Please note that the property is available for monthly rental only. Rate includes all utilities, snow removal, landscaping, and starter kitchen basics, cleaning products and toiletries.
