The receptionist, Diamond was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and nice. Is great at her job. I would definitely stay here again. Nice room, very clean hotel and breakfast was good.

We stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Plymouth, MI when we visit our family. Always a courteous staff, especially housekeeping and kitchen staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms and a great location to dining and shopping. The pool is also great and outdoor area comfortable when the weather is warm. The warm breakfast is great and very substantial! Highly recommend!!

Well, the breakfast service was very bad. The person working the breakfast talks back to customers blaming them for getting to breakfast 15 min before close and that was his reason for not having egg omlettes. He talked back to me too. He seemed busy talking on the phone though. Also, there was no milk for the 2 nights we spent there. Kids could not have cereal, i had to go to the store to buy milk.

Our room was one of the handicapped accessible rooms and was very spacious. The shower was very generously sized and easily allowed my husband’s wheelchair to get to the shower bench. The only thing that was a challenge was how high off the ground the bed is. A bit difficult for both of us to get into and out of the bed.

Great place to stay
We had a perfect stay at this hotel. It was quiet, comfortable, very clean, breakfast was really good and the staff was very professional and efficient. John was very kind when we checked out as well. We had some busy days and it was so nice to come back to a relaxing place afterwards.

Burst pipe
Hotel had a pipe burst so no water one day then it was on for a few hours then it burst again so no water again. Each time hot water pipe burst the steam set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Hotel did arrange the use of a room at another hotel so people could shower. I have stayed here a lot and never had an issue before and I will continue doing business there

No noise control...
Very nice hotel with clean well laid out rooms. Couple of issues. I stayed there on a Thursday night and was sadly placed in a room on the first floor just off the lobby. Well, a number of guests decided to hang out and party in the lobby. This was a very loud group and their revelry went on well past 10:30 p.m. I had a 7:30 a.m. meeting. I called the front desk and the gentlemen said there was nothing he could do. So, I stuffed kleenex in my ears and just tried to go to sleep. Breakfast was fine but they serve scrambled eggs with milk added in and don't indicate this to guests. Not great.

Dear Anonymous,We appreciate your 8 of 10 rating and are glad you enjoyed the room layout. We had 3 wedding parties in the hotel over the weekend. They took over our lobby and continued the celebration. We had no other space for all of them to congregate. We are somewhat glad they were in the lobby and not taking it to the guest rooms and disturbing more guests. Sorry for the problem you encountered with noise. The eggs we buy from our brand mandated supplier does contain milk. For people with allergies, we always recommend and encourage guests ask our people who are trained to review labels with our guests. We get questions nearly daily about labels. For your future knowledge all three of our brand mandated egg dishes from IHG contain milk. Our hotel serves hard boiled eggs daily which are an option without milk.

I took my 2 granddaughters and 3 great grandkids, ages 5 and 7 here for the weekend before school started. They played in the pool for hours and loved it! A joyous time for a grandma with a room full of cousins! The only negative was our refrigerator didn't work. We didn't realize it until the next morning when our drinks were warm and our food had sat too long to eat.

My stay was going great until they let a family of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids) move into the room next door. Extremely loud till 3am. I know they have a policy of how many can be in a room im just wondering why it wasnt followed.
