DON’T STAY HERE
Room have a lot of damage , lights barely work , tv in master bedroom didn’t work , nets coming out the drain , flies all over the room , drug addicts purchased drugs in lot in front of kids , parents fight kids , pool not open , very ghetto, front desk lady hands were dirty and she didn’t care about my complaints, Maintence guy upset about having to fix the tv and he refuse to fix the lights

Booked this hotel on a 98 degree day to take my babies for a swim. Got there and no pool. Asked for refund was told to contact hotels.com for refund. Tried to do that and failed. Just wasted my money. I went up the street to a room in Inkster

I’ve stayed here a few times. Each time I have had issues. A lack of towels, cleanliness, lightbulbs in crucial places either missing or out, dirty, moldy dishes in the dishwasher, missing towels, no pillows, super loud parties with the early 20s crowd, used toiletries, etc. i could go on. This time, the room had over 7 flies and numerous roaches. One of the security guards was in the front office cursing and gossiping loudly. It’s an embarrassment, because the place has great potential.

we lost trust in hawthorn brand. looking for comp
this is Terrible property. wipe out hawthorn suites image. they don't give cleaning room services, on weekend. manager is rude. room is not ready to live. bathroom is dirty and broken. no towels, no phone, no utensil, no garbage can. after we ck in we have to ask for everything. this property is not safe at all. even patio lock was broken, we can't lock patio door.

They have cockroaches it’s very dirty the stove was nasty and dirty the room didn’t have any clean towels and when I told the front desk they refused me a refund and was very rude because I was complaining about my stay

Dont be fooled by the reviews. This place is worse than the worse review. Mold in the bathroom, dried blood on the door. And the stench. I complained about a -2 rating room and they apologized and put in a 2 rated room. I ran and should you.

My room didn't look clean from the previous tenants. I asked for towels and only got face towels for a family of 5 and was told there wasn't any, however when Iwalked pass the laundryroom it was some folded in the window. Their sheets were dirty and tore. The floor wasn't vacuumed. It had no dishes. The dishwasher had dirty water sitting in the bottom of it. The pull out couch had toys in it on the dirty sheet left on it. I really could go on. I would not recommend this place at all totally bad experience. We didn't even sleep this night totally deplorable.

The reviews for the property were pretty accurate, nothing unexpected there. The property was a cheap option, for a conference at the neighboring Double Tree. The primary issue I had, the room had a sliding glass door that was unable to be locked. The lock on the door was broken, the bar to prevent opening was also broken. This in addition to the inability to use the TV, holes in the walls, and lack of lighting outside of the room made the stay unsafe and uncomfortable stay.

Hotel was nice, staff was ok. Only problem was they didn’t have any necessities in the room at all (toilet tissue, soap stuff like that) and no towels for bathing either even after calling the front desk a billion times. Ended up having to bring my own stuff to the room. But overall it was cool

We were switched out of our rooms three times the first time the room had roaches the second time the wrong look like someone that threw up in the sink the third time I went to get the garbage can from under the sink the whole sink fell in on me they didn't have any towels on premises I have to go to Walmart to purchase towels the tables fell apart the front desk was very cordial but the conditions of the rooms themselves when I recommend them it was my wedding so that was the only reason I did not check out but I had one of my bridesmaids to check out because she has things on her sheets and she cannot sleep there

Worse room ever
The hotel was not able to supply us with barely any amenities. I had to go buy wash cloths and towels, dishes, and pots and pans because they didn’t have any. They did not have any pillow cases or toilet paper holder and waste basket. I’m really don’t know what I paid for because I had a bare room. They need to just close down.

This hotel is awful!

The room looked like crap. There seems to be blood on the curtains and wall. The TV, didn’t work, the bathroom door looked like it was busted into, and one light that worked on the bathroom vanity. No container to put ice in, the bathroom door you couldn’t open all the way. I will never stay at this place again or any other Hawthorn suites, I rather sleep in my car…
