However, when we arrived, the bathroom sink was broken and when you turned it on, it’s spilled water all over the back and the floor. We informed the owner immediately of this problem on Thursday night when we arrived. On Monday it was still not fixed. I contacted him again and finally someone came to fix it on Wednesday, six days after we arrived. It was the only bathroom, and the only sink. He said on Thursday that he was putting in a maintenance request. I can’t understand why he simply did not call a plumber. Everything else was fine on the rental, but that was very inconvenient and unacceptable. Renters need a working bathroom sink. ##### Kathleen M.
