They said they were not aware we had a dog. Booked through Expedia and wasn't provided the option to advise we were bringing a pet. That said, after making the reservation I called the hotel to advise .

The website needs to be updated with a lot as I relied on it for information. Be sure to call to make sure on anything. The kickback info was wrong, the ownership/website use was confusing, they don't have their alcohol license, the pool was crazy busy... Overall okay just chose here because of kickbacks and perks and was let down by being misinformed.

On the itinerary it says 50$ deposit, I was charged 100$ deposit even after I notified them that was not what was mentioned in my booking. May want to update on your site.

1. Made the booking through Expedia. Asked the hotel reception whether breakfast is included, they replied "we don't know as you made the booking through a third party." 2. Hotel reception charged USD 100.00 as the security deposit fee. However, during booking, on Expedia website it showed "the hotel will charge USD 50.00 up on arrival as the security deposit." When I asked the hotel that it should be 50.00 but not 100.00, they replied "it is $100.00, it doesn't look like Expedia has the updated details." 3. Breakfast is served from 0630-0930, and I went for breakfast at 0900, but I see there wasn't enough food left and no one replenished the food. It looked like left overs and I had to scrape scrambled eggs to fill a small bowl. Also, the milk pitcher didn't have enough milk, and I had to remind the staff to refill the pitcher. 4. No room service.

The room was great, had no problem at all with the room or the service. Did not care for the water all over the floor outside the pool area. It's right in front of the elevators, where you're walking thru with your hands full and dodging safety markers while trying not to slip. The other complaint was the fresh food in the breakfast. It's beyond me how anyone could serve food that over processed and cheap. For such an otherwise nice hotel, they could do a little better with the breakfast

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The hot tub & pool area were good. They offered an evening meal and breakfast. We were happy with this as it was convenient in addition to being tasty. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The outside needs to be updated along with the sign. The outside looks like a brown office building. But the inside is so nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Definitely would stay again!

The pool was completely packed way over capacity and management decided it wasn't worth the hassle. It was obvious not all the people not staying there. The Chair in the room had a large stain

Great value, spacious room and very nice breakfast and dinner included. Pool was clean. Rooms a bit dated, walls and carpets could be cleaned. Great location. Overall very happy we will definately be back.
