Pas directement au Centre-ville mais tout peut se faire à pieds Personnel très sympathique et accueillant, biscuits et eau à la réception. Service gratuit de navette, Starbuck, bar, resto à même l'hotel. Format de la chambre en suite (chambre + petit salon) est un plus. J'aurais aimé le petit déjeuner soit compris mais les autres plus compensent.

The comforter was very stained with what looked like urine. I paid for a king room and they overbooked so I was 'upgraded' to a double queen with stained linens.

Service at the round bar was horrible. For both days of our stay. One bartender for a 200 person wedding. Reception staff was amazing. Housekeeping staff was amazing.

Our family of four needed a place to stay over the holidays and this hotel met our needs perfectly. The room was huge and comfortable. The washroom was in need of an update but it was acceptable. The restaurants were very nice with good food. It was very convenient having the restaurants right in the hotel since there aren’t many places to eat nearby. I would book this hotel again.

Everything and everyone was excellent. The only things I didn’t like was that our room was on the third floor with our window overlooking the street where the cars were dropped off by the valets and they blew the horn every time one was dropped off. I also disliked that the bathroom sink was between the living room and bedroom outside the bathroom. Lacked privacy. Otherwise everything else was excellent
