Our place is a cute home in an up and coming, very safe community. We actually live here full time, and it while traveling. WiFi is available. Kitchen is at your disposal. There is a dedicated workspace in the study. Yes, a whole room just for that. And of course a big tv to relax at night, unless you chose to go out and explore local nightlife! We are about 25 miles away from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) 15 minutes away from Detroit, 15 minutes from Royal Oak, 20 from Birmingham The space Detroit Metro Area with self check-in. Cute, homey, modern. I rent a lot myself and I try very hard to make your stay at our place as comfortable as I would want it for myself. However it's my home, where I live when I'm not traveling so there are few restrictions. No smoking inside, no animals. Unfortunately the home is not kids friendly. There are low outlets and sharp corners. Cameras outside monitoring front and back entrances for your security. There is s Florida room. You can use it to go to the backyard through the kitchen, otherwise it's not a part of the rental. Guest access You can go absolutely anywhere on premises. However Florida room is not a place to chill in. It is located between the backyard and the house. You can go through and checkout the paintings if you would like, but that room is not a part of the rental and is monitored by a camera. Other things to note There is a blue-ray player and a large collection of dvds you can watch. As well as Roku. In the summer you can enjoy our awesome garden. I have cameras monitoring front and back entrances and one in the Florida room, that is off limits. (you can go through it, obviously, but it's not a hang out space). Otherwise there are no cameras inside the house.
