Bask in sunlight in this inviting one-bedroom apartment at the heart of Midtown, complete with included parking! Nestled on the second floor corner of a historic building, the space boasts an updated kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of being blocks away from the Q-Line, shops, restaurants, museums, and less than 5 minutes from downtown. Begin your exploration of Detroit from this cozy space in the vibrant Midtown neighborhood.  
The space  
Discover the charm of this delightful, sunlit corner apartment situated on the second floor of a 1920s building in Midtown, Detroit. Despite its overall efficiency in size, the apartment boasts a generously spacious living area. Original wood floors have been meticulously refinished, while both the kitchen and bathroom have been tastefully updated. Retaining its historic character, the bedroom features a decorative fireplace. Enjoy seamless connectivity with available WiFi, and unwind with a TV equipped with Netflix. Your stay is made even more convenient with the inclusion of a complimentary parking space in the front driveway.

Our seamless self-check-in process has been meticulously designed to provide you with utmost ease and convenience, ensuring a smooth transition into your temporary retreat. Other things to note  
Kindly note that the building holds historical significance. Occasionally, the soft footsteps of neighbors above may be heard on the wooden floors, and during winter, the radiators may emit some noise when filling and releasing steam. It is close to Forest Ave. so some street noise is to be expected, typical to an urban apartment.  
  
Additionally, be aware that in the summer months the air conditioning unit is located in the bedroom. For supplementary cooling, a fan can be found in the unit!  
  
Feel free to bring your furry friends as this unit is pet-friendly! We do charge a $25 pet fee and we kindly request that you make an effort to keep them off the furniture when possible. :)  
  
Lastly, we recently replaced the couch, so it is different than the one pictured.
