There was an enormous truck almost completely blocking the lockbox. If I had been by myself, there is no way I would have gone the alley by myself. That lockbox definitely needs a new home. The rest of the key adventure was like a scavenger hunt if you are into that. There was no rooftop terrace as advertised. It was across the street in a different high rise. There was a small couch & tv in the living room. No place for 4 to sit. No tv’s in either bedroom and no Keurig. There is a rule & a fine for everything which was not a welcoming feeling. My husband, son, daughter, and I just had a wonderful five day stay at this property! The location was perfect and within 5 minutes we we able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Campus Martius, and more! We paid extra for parking, which was very convenient and worth the cost. The apartment itself had everything we needed, with comfy beds/bedding and room for the kids and us to have some separate space. Also, questions and requests were handled promptly and professionally by the property management team.
