Perfect getaway for a family or friends! Enjoy the peacefulness in your backyard, and still only 35 min away from the hustle & bustle of the city. Our home is a ranch style home, so there are no steps inside once you enter! • 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds & dressers. • Living room area with Smart TV and pull out couch with Queen size memory foam mattress! • Fully stocked Kitchen and eating area that seats 4\. • Washer & dryer in unit. • Backyard with some games like Cornhole to enjoy on a nice night. • Bbq grill & Smoker combo in backyard! GRILL/SMOKER COMBO We have a Bbq grill & smoker combo in our backyard that uses wood pellets. We might have some extra pellets from previous guests, but if not you can purchase them at any Home Depot, Lowe's or Menards. All located about 5 min away! TV We have a Smart TV in our living room. NO CABLE. You will be able to sign onto applications like Netflix, HBO, Hulu with your login credentials. NOISE Please remember that our home is in a residential neighborhood.
