"You need to make a reservation at the hotel in advance if you would like to eat there. Otherwise there are a lot of nice places around the lake. "

"Amazing hotel with easy access to theme park and onsen. Beautiful views of Mt Fuji from room. Excellent service and didn’t want for anything with multiple restaurants, vending machine and onsite shop. Free bus to Kawaguchiko and Mt Fuji area from outside hotel. Buses to Tokyo less then 1 minute walk away. Highly recommend."

"Amazing location near Lake Kawaguchiko. Beautiful hotel, very spacious room and excellent service. Shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station very convenient. Only negative was room was slightly dated and cleanliness could have been improved. There were some stains on tables and hairs in shower and on floor when we arrived. Overall, would recommend."

"We had the fuji view room and it was absolutely stunning. We came in at night and didn’t see Mt Fuji coming in, but we woke up to a perfectly clear day with Fuji in sight. It was awe inspiring and majestic. They provided comfortable kimonos/pajamas to walk around in. There’s a nice viewing area on first floor with indoor and outdoor seating in view of Fuji - even with a set of binoculars to look at the mountain. Onsen in hotel was also had views of mountain. Staff was very helpful with luggage transport and they have shuttle for station but not many time options or capacity to utilize it so reserve spots early. Only cons were that the rooms have the door connecting other rooms so there is less privacy and you can hear people in the other room. We also ordered the massages and the ladies came up to the room for the massage but it wasn't a good massage. For the price of the room and value, it was amazing. It’s far from a lot of restaurants and the station but the 7/11 around the corner was more than enough for us."

"Beautiful location with stunning view of Mount Fuji. It's quiet and tranquil with lovely walks alongside the lake. It is a bit of a way to Kawaguchiko station where all the sightseeing buses start and end but the hotel has a free shuttle there and it's super busy in the town so it's great to come back to the peace and tranquility. Book in advance for the hotel restaurant."

"Great place the complimentary amenities were amazing but grab them whilst you can otherwise you won’t be able to take them. It had bath salt and facial masks. We drove the bed was spacious and I had the view of mt Fuji. I would however find it hard if walking as I could see people tiredly pushing their luggage up a little hill. The breakfast like others said are simple but I liked it. Nice and clean great English with the staff. Loved it thank you "
