"Le personnel a l’accueil est désagréable et condescendant. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h on nous a donné une chambre sale avec une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas et des toilettes qui fuit. Nous étions 4 et nous n’avons que deux draps, quand nous avons demander à changer de chambre on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible avant lendemain, nous avons donc passé une nuit sans toilette avec deux enfants dont un en situation d’handicap. "Il faut arréte de trompé les gean avec de faux avis tout etait nul a l'arrivée nous étions même pas enregistré il a falu attendre apres la chambre etait bouré d'araignée et de petit lézard yavai une couétte pour 3 mdrr du reclamé 3 foi pour en avoir une de plus le restaurant etait trop petit pour tout le monde on a mangé débout les pizza yavai plus au bout d1 heures!! sur 10 personnes discuter avec tous etait mécontent et se son fai avoir sur de faux avis la picine etai pas sécurisé les tuyaux...

"A part la chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et l'Hotel au bord de la mer, tout le reste et à vaumir. recyclage de la nourriture, l'eau, les verres en plastique. toute la semaine on a les mêmes menus et desserts. Les assiettes. les verres et les couverts sales. les chambres pas bien nettoyées, les serviettes de bains arrivent toujours très tard dans la journée et jamais le bon nombre, ..... "Amenities of a 5 star hotel but quality control of a 4 star hotel (e.g. fridge not plugged in, chain to terrace nearly impossible to close, being given used napkins for breakfast). The pools are all great and we didn't expect to get free drinks and cake, which we appreciated. Staff mostly very friendly and welcoming, but one of the bar guys was questioning both me and my partner about our relationship/martial status and that made me uncomfortable. Food was fine, but generally didn't seem to have been salted. We went out for dinner in town and got better food there for a lot less money. Still we overall enjoyed the hotel and were grateful for the staff."
