"The house was perfect for family Christmas away from home. Our hosts provided the sweetest little tree, decorations outside and enough snow to build three snowmen. The house is certainly
pet friendly
with plenty of room to run. We did walk around the property Christmas day. I can only imagine how wonderful it would be in the summer and fall. Our hosts were so very kind and accommodating."

We enjoyed the firepit several nights and the smores bar was a special treat. The home is walkable to Bemus Point restaurants and shops.
