"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."

"You get what you pay for. This is a decent budget accommodation but the rooms get extremely cold at night and there isn't any heat. They give you a pile of blankets which helps but it is still hard to get out of bed in the morning. Wifi did not work most of the time in the room but did work on the main floor. If you just need a place to sleep at night but are on a budget it's not the worst option but I definitely felt like I was roughing it."

"The hotel and service was outstanding, including the concierge desk. The staff was very professional and attentive. Bravo to the management. We stayed at the executive room on floor 8th and the room was very specious and comfortable, very large bathroom with double sinks, large closet and a large desk for work. The TV had multiple channels and it was easy to navigate. The rooms were quiet, the bed and pillows super comfortable. The only slight negative comment is that early in the morning it takes 10 -15 minutes to get hot water. During higher demand I had to wait for several minutes. It appears that the hot water recirculating line was not designed well for our room. I highly recommend the hotel. "
