It felt like an impossible dream, yet Sherly quietly made it happen. She found her and arranged for us to meet, creating one of the most emotional and meaningful moments of my life. Sherly continued to exceed expectations throughout our stay. When our hot air balloon trip was cancelled due to wind, she personally helped arrange the refund. When we realised we had accidentally booked our airport transfer for the wrong day, she immediately organised a new one and made sure we reached the airport in time. Her warmth, kindness and calm professionalism made us feel completely looked after. The Palace itself is magnificent, but staff like Sherly elevate the experience from wonderful to unforgettable.
