"I booked this motel because I needed a pet friendly bare bones place to stay for two nights. The Birches was everything I needed. Check-in was done via an app and a text message, which threw me off at first, but there were no problems with doing it that way. We had to call them the first night to figure out how to turn on the air conditioner and the person who answered was able to help immediately. The room was small and the bathroom was very small, but it was not a problem. The body wash provided smelled great. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Good value; I would stay here again. "
