Hotels in Petén with Indoor Pools

"Reserved a trip to Tikal via messaging and at the property they had no idea. In messages they responded a day later. Ridiculous had to call another taxi for the service. We had to wait two more hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND I wish I could post pictures of the conversation with the hotel . "

"The staff was very helpful. The view of the lake was awesome. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall. We could hear loud club music from another hotel or restaurant nearby but I was still able to sleep. An easy 10 minute walk to restaurants on Flores island. They let us check out late which was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Lovely stay here and would recommend. But it would help if hotel put prices up by 10% to negate the stealth tip tax at the end which was added after signing off individual meal and drink bills. Would rather sort my own tips out. Picky but irritating."
