"It is located in city center, next to the river, very close and walking distance to many restaurants, fast foods, mall, market, Opera house and museum. Staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel has exchange money with relatively good rate, but you can get better rate in the mall. Hotel and Rooms are clean, relatively small for a room with king bed. "

"Room (blankets and towels as well) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the room was very cold despite heat being on. Convenient location in the center of town and breakfast was very good. I can handle being cold for one night but I really would prefer a place that does not smell like cigarettes. "
