"The customer service was very good, the overall area was clean, I would stay here again. Only thing that was not great was the dining option for breakfast the Daily Ritual, I wish there was more of a restaurant with actual breakfast options rather than a cafe. But the hotel itself was excellent, clean and curtious staff"

"We stayed here so that we'd be in walking distance to the theater. This was a perfect location for getting everywhere. Despite being located in Times Square, the hotel is quiet (we were also on the 39th floor). Very stylish and modern. Bed is heavenly. Love the lights in the room. Excellent staff service all around. Would definitely stay here again."

"A great find! Hotel staff are all very friendly. Room was very clean and comfy, had all we needed for a busy city break. Hotel was also very secure and felt very safe. Very good location in Times Square and very convenient for exploring the city (many attractions within walking distance) The hotel even provided a grab and go breakfast with our stay which was very handy.
