The parking lot not being big enough for every guest is the only downside, but we only had to pay for parking one out of three nights even though the hotel was fully booked. We didn’t mind. Staff was friendly and room was made up nicely daily. Awesome to have a washer and separate dryer on an outdoors-heavy trip. Great if you don’t want to stay in the thick of Queenstown but still want the convenience of the city. "
