"Absolutely a wonderful property. Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay. "

"This beautiful home was build with love and we were made to feel like family. Every inch of the house has been put together with thought and is clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was prepared for us on our schedule and was delicious. I would go out of my way to stay here again!"

"It was clean and quiet. We had everything we needed"

"The house was beautiful. Everything was perfect, we could not be happier with our stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay! Wish we could have stayed longer to find the lake! James responded with all my questions and was very accommodating!"

"The farmhouse was so lovely and had everything we needed! The hosts were accommodating and communicative. We had a wonderful stay!"

"A beautiful home and a responsive, friendly host. The property is in a pleasant neighborhood."

"The cottage was lovely and offered everything one would need for a stay at a "home away from home." The kitchen featured a full-size fridge, Keurig, air fryer, and microwave oven, and enough dishes and utensils for a party of four. Surrounded by farms and located in a semi-rural area, but not far from local wineries and sights, the cottage offered a peaceful respite. The host communicated with us promptly and thoroughly, and we look forward to staying at one of his properties again."

"The property is wonderful! Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood! And the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor perfect for me and my mother, with super comfy mattresses! Best naps ever! And the rest of the house, yard, amenities, instructions, and neighbors, the best, as we traveled back and forth from our annual Chickahominy powwow! Thanks again and we'll spread the good word too!"

This was probably our top property we’ve ever stayed at! Everything about it felt so well thought out and accommodating. We hope to stay here again and again if possible!"

"Great stay, beautiful historic house that fits everyone. "

The master suite with that double shower was phenomenal!!! It was so convenient to have the Food Lion next door. There is a lot to do on the property. It was pretty hot outside when we were here so we didn’t do any of the outdoor activities but would have loved to try the frisbee golf! Our host provided...
