« Excellent séjour au sein de l’hôtel. Personnel très agréable, serviable et sympathique qui n’hésitait pas à mettre de leur personne pour nous aider à passer le meilleur séjour possible (réservation des restaurants à découvrir, conseil des plus belles plages, lieux à visiter etc.) et ça a toute heure. En plus, la propreté des chambres et de l’hôtel de manière générale est irréprochable ! Aussi, mention spéciale pour les deux Tony (taxis dédiés aux clients de l’hôtel) qui étaient incroyablement...

« Location close to resort hotels or club with sporty activities like water skiing, jet ski or kayak. There is not restaurant in this hotel except for breakfast. Hotel staff is very sympatic but changing every day, billing tracking is not performed and finally several bills without clear details and the impression of having paid several times same things. During three days the shower was not working even if they promised to fix it. »

"Neima at the reception is fabulous. Habib at the pool bar is super kind. The location of the hotel is UNIQUE. The food they serve is really tasty and good. On the other hand, music at the pool can continue until 4 am. if you like quiet nights and your room is pool view, forget about it! Also, reception is super nice but the rooms are really getting old and the hotel should need restyling! All in all, this is a good 4\* hotel. Pity as the potential is for a full 5!"
