"Ya me había hospedado anteriormente en este hotel y, en aquella ocasión, percibí al personal como algo pedante y poco accesible. Por ello, me sorprendió muy gratamente el cambio de actitud que noté en esta nueva estadía. En esta ocasión encontré un equipo cortés, amable y genuinamente dispuesto a ayudar, lo cual marcó una diferencia muy positiva en la experiencia general. El hotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada, ideal para movilizarse y acceder a distintos puntos de interés. Sin embargo, es importante considerar que la zona puede volverse caótica durante las horas pico de tráfico. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, bien mantenidas y cómodas, lo que contribuye a una estancia agradable. Mención especial merece el desayuno buffet: variado, de excelente calidad y, sin duda, uno de los mejores aspectos del hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach and would absolutely return! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. Every single person we interacted with went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The service truly stands out and makes the whole experience feel luxurious and welcoming. The resort itself is spotless. The rooms, common areas, pools, and grounds are all extremely clean and well maintained. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything beautiful. The buffet food was AMAZING — so many fresh options and everything we tried was delicious. There was something for everyone, and the quality exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive. The beach and pools were also very clean and well cared for. The water was beautiful, and there was always plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. The only small downside is that the specialty restaurants require reservations, so you do need to plan your dinners ahead of time. Once we figured that out, it wasn’t a big issue — just something to keep in mind when you arrive. Overall, an incredible resort with outstanding service, great food, and a beautiful, clean atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay!"

"Everything was great, the location was the best, the majority of the places I like to visit are walking distance. The only thing I did not like was the sewer smell, it was outside but sometimes you could smell it at the lobby. The elevator takes so long to arrive, even when the hotel have three of them. But other than that, it was great, I will reserve again in my next visit to the majestic CDMX. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends, family and everyone who want to visit CDMX."
