"BEAUTIFUL!!! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this is up there with the best of them. You expect all-inclusives to have lower quality food, amenities, service, etc but that was not the case! 11 restaurants and some of the best meals I have ever had! The daily activities and night performances were top notch! All around amazing experience!"

"I loved my stay here there’s lots of things to do and lots of space to not feel cramped. Lots of food options though the reservation system could use a rework. The food was great sometimes and just okay others but everything else was awesome the shows at the theater were amazing and the feel of being in the jungle was so nice."

"Great waterpark and slides for kids. Would have liked to see a snack bar at the pool so that parents with kids don’t have to leave the pool and get changed yo have lunch. Would also like to see hard alcohol options in the room with a mini bar station."

"This was our 8th visit to Excellence Rivera Cancun. We got a swimout suite on the lazy river. The location was perfect. Our waiters were Hugo ,Jorge and 2 others. We were never needing a drink. We ate breakfast at the Lobster House or the Kitchen Table. Both were delicious, i did like being outside for breakfast at the Lobster House. Lunch we went to various places. Pizza, Kitchen Table and Orgeno. They all were good. Dinner we ate at a different place each night. My favorites were...
