"Lovely property, very clean, like new. Spa was very relaxing. Conveniently located next to train station, one stop away from Kyoto Station. A few dining/ restaurants in the lower levels and around the corner. 7-11 next door. "

"Coin laundry would be nice "

"This hotel was clean and the staff were great! The only bummer we experienced was parking in this area- since the hotel does not have parking, nearby options would sometimes cost close to $65 if you parked your car from 3-4pm to the following morning. However, this seemed to be normal for the bigger cities we visited in Japan. The hotel is located on a very busy street, but tucked a little back so it still stays quiet! They have tons of amenities if you forget anything as well which is always amazing!"

"Excellent hotel. Room was very nice. Public bath was also nice (tattoos were fine). All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very close to train station. Convenience store attached to hotel. Starbucks next door. Loved our stay there. Would go there again."
