We were very well treated and had a great welcome from the beginning. The only inconvenience happened at the end of our stay. Due to a lack of procedure, the hotel did not check whether we had returned the room key at checkout. "A newer hotel in an updated section of Agra. Rooms were clean, staff very helpful. The front desk cannot exchange money but bureaus were only minutes away. A/C and fan were vital, and the city subway is only minutes away. Shopping and restaurants near the hotel."
